We knew the weather was going to one for the record books but we had made all the preparations necessary to insure our kids and pets would be safe if we were directly hit. I had personally never been through anything too traumatic in my lifetime nor had I developed a fear of storms. All that has now faded after last months severe storm that tore the roof clear off our home. It was devastating and quiet possible the scariest thing I have ever encountered. Thank goodness for our friends and family who have sacrificed all their time to come help us recover and restore all that we could after the devastation. Our lives are almost back to normal and after I contactedDIRECTV Service weare very excited they could come out so quickly and will have our new satellite in place within 24 hours. It has taken queit some time, but I can see the light at the end of the tunnel and we are very close to finally putting this nightmare behind us.
